Deposit

All of these methods are processed within 1–3 minutes. Choose whichever option suits you best under the Deposit section in your SHBET account panel.

The minimum deposit amount at SHBET is as low as RM10 only – among the lowest of any betting platform in Malaysia. The maximum deposit limit depends on your chosen payment method: e-wallets typically allow up to RM10,000 per transaction, while FPX/online banking allows up to RM50,000 per transaction. VIP members enjoy higher limits.

Deposits via Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and DuitNow are typically credited within 1–3 minutes. Deposits via FPX or online banking may take 3–10 minutes depending on your bank's response time. If a deposit fails, your money will not be deducted and is usually returned within 1–5 minutes to the original source. Withdrawal

Make sure your bank account/e-wallet details are correct and have been verified through the KYC process beforehand.

Withdrawals to e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost are typically processed within 5–30 minutes after the request is approved. Withdrawals to a bank account via DuitNow/FPX take between 30 minutes and 2 hours on business days. Withdrawals made outside banking hours (after 10 PM and on weekends) may be processed on the next business day. No withdrawal fees are charged by SHBET.

The minimum withdrawal amount at SHBET is RM30. Maximum withdrawal limits depend on your account tier: standard members up to RM10,000 per day, VIP Silver members up to RM30,000 per day, and VIP Gold members up to RM100,000 per day. If you need to withdraw beyond the daily limit, contact SHBET support to arrange a special withdrawal.

There are several common reasons a withdrawal request may be declined: (1) KYC not completed – your account must be verified before your first withdrawal, (2) Bonus rollover requirements not yet met – if there is an active bonus in your account, (3) Bank account/e-wallet details do not match the name on your SHBET account, (4) Daily withdrawal limit has been reached. To complete KYC SHBET, you will need to submit: (1) A clear front and back photo of your Malaysian identity card (MyKAD), (2) A selfie holding your identity card next to your face, (3) A screenshot or proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet to be used for withdrawals. All documents must be clear and legible. KYC is typically approved within 1–3 business hours. This process is completed once only.

Bonus & Promotions

Rollover (or wagering requirement) is the total amount you need to wager before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Calculation example: You receive a RM100 bonus with a 10x rollover. Total rollover = RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. This means you need to place a total of RM1,000 in bets (across any eligible games at SHBET) before the bonus can be withdrawn as cash.

Weekly cashback SHBET credited every Monday before noon, based on your net betting activity for the previous week (Monday–Sunday). The cashback rate is 5% for all active members. It is credited automatically to your account — no claim required. There is no minimum or maximum cap on this cashback — the more you play, the more you earn.

Friend Referral Programme SHBET lets you earn rewards when your friends sign up and make a deposit. Share your unique referral code (found under Profile → Referral Programme) with friends.
